Usually takes 4-6 days. Remote areas may take longer, shipping timeline excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays (Christmas, Easter, New Year, etc.). If the stock is not available it may take an additional day or so. To locate and ship it to you, all details will be emailed to you beforehand.

Yes, all our phones sold on our website are all unlocked and sim free. And can work on any network within the United Kingdom without any limitations.

All phones have their sim type listed in the specifications. Not all the phones sold at Spectronic UK will have E-sim support, although dual sim capability will be listed to their type accordingly. *Please refer to the specifications of every model.

If the phone’s title or specifications have written that it has 5G support. It will work just as fine.

Spectronic UK warranty begins when you first receive the goods, if any issues are faced we will replace or fix the device from our end and ship it back to you. Please refer to the warranty policy for more.
